  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Combine parmesan, parsley, oregano, garlic, and pepper.
  • Dip chicken in melted butter, then in cheese mixture.
  • Put in a shallow baking dish. Drizzle with remaining butter.
  • Bake 25 minutes or until tender.

  1. Just want to say THANK YOU! Have been trying & looking for this recipe from my Moms Creme de Colorado for Years since she passed in '06. I remember always doing about 1 & 1/2 times all the goopy stuff & always with the leftovers, my brother & I cubing up the chicken, putting it in a tortilla with cheese (american... I KNOW, not real cheese! But maybe now grown up more, a havarti, cheddar? Any!) & microwaving it long enough to heat chicken & melt cheese. Thanks for the memories & this recipe!   5. Super yummy. I used shredded parmesan cheese, dried parsley and did not drizzle the remaining butter on the chicken and baked for 25 minutes. :) Thanks for posting! Made for I Recommend Tag Game.
