- 4 -6 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- salt and pepper (to season)
- olive oil
- 1 cup sherry wine
- 1 clove garlic
- Roll seasoned chicken pieces in flour.
- Brown in olive oil.
- Remove browned chicken; add garlic clove, wine, sherry, and broth to pan.
- Simmer for a few minutes; remove garlic clove.
- Place chicken in a casserole dish; pour sauce over it and bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
