I made this sometime ago and we loved it! I halved the recipe and the only ingredient I cut down on was the ghee. I was not sure about this recipe whilst making it and I actually said to my husband not to expect too much when I served it. But it had all come together on the plate and I will certainly make it again!! Thanks for posting

Very good - I cut everything in half without any problems and used butter instead of the ghee. I also reduced the butter amount a lot and also used a bit less garlic too (ran out of). This was a nice change from our usual. Thanks for sharing!

Very nice chicken dish. Wonderful flavours. Changed the face of the dish a bit by omitting the cashews (personal preference) an reducing the amount of ghee and oil :) Fay
