From a very old recipe book; haven't tried this one yet but it sounds delicious and different.

  1. Melt butter in deep skillet.
  2. Add chicken and brown on all sides.
  3. Add onion, salt, pepper and cider.
  4. Mix mustard, thyme and cream together.
  5. Stir into chicken.
  6. Simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.
  7. Serve with boiled potatoes and carrots.
