This dish is elegant restaurant quality, and we were in heaven after the first bite. I did not have the metaxa brandy, so I substituted Mexican Azteca brandy. The brandy I used has a very nice, unique flavor also. The sauce for the chicken was rich and delicious. I used fresh tarragon, but basil would have been good also. Thank you for a very nice, out of the ordinary, dinner!

DELICIOUS! I can only imagine how much better this must be with the Metaxa brandy ~ I used inexpensive E&J brandy, one teaspoon dried tarragon, and half and half, and the sauce was great! Made in support of Pets for the May 2010 Live Strong event in the Photo Forum.

Mmm...fantastic! And so simple to make. I used Metaxa and a teaspoon of dried basil since that's all I had handy and my family loved this dish. Will definitely be making this again and again.

This is a wonderful recipe! I have made it twice already. Both times with tarragon. The first time with a another brandy, don't get me wrong it tasted really really good!!, but the second time I used Metaxa 7star Brandy and it was divine, just so rich and creamy, delicious!. This is one of my husbands favourite dishes now:) thanks Annelies!
