I found this recipe in a Betty Crocker Recipe Book and have been making it for years. My family loves it and it is really easy to make.

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F.
  2. Wash & pat dry chicken.
  3. Mix cheese, salt and pepper.
  4. Dip chicken in margarine.
  5. Coat chicken with cheese mixture.
  6. Place chicken skin side down in greased baking pan.
  7. Pour remaining margarine over chicken.
  8. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
  9. Turn chicken; bake additional 20 minutes or until done.
  10. Serve hot or cool.
