Chicken Hogan

"This is a very basic recipe that began as a way to keep from going grocery shopping for a day or two more. It's very forgiving if you have any ingredient that you are short on or have extra you are trying to get rid of. It has a good blend of flavors and is very simple."

  1. I gave this five stars because it is so simple and easy when you're wondering what to cook in a hurry. Also it is something that everyone will eat! The only thing I did differently was to cut the carrots in chunks and added some green beans just because i like 'em.
