Refreshing salad with a bit of tang. I was shy on chicken and used bleu cheese and it was still delicious. I used balsamic vinegar Will be made again

Really nice!! I love the way the mustard goes with the sweet tang of the pears. This is a great salad to impress company with. Definite keeper! Thanks Amber (-:
