  1. Heat oil in large skillet.
  2. Brown chicken in oil over medium-high heat 5 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with rosemary and season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
  5. Bring to boil; reduce heat.
  6. Cover and cook 3 minutes over medium heat.
  7. Uncover; cook over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until thickened and chicken is no longer pink in center.
  8. Serve over rice.
