This was so great! I think next time I might leave it off the stick and just fry up the strips. The breading was nice and thick and tasty. My husband loved the sauce, as he's a horseradish fan, but I don't care for it so I dipped mine in barbecue sauce. The barbecue sauce went really well with these. Thanks so much for posting! Made for PRMR.
