Perfect flavor and texture. The hot sauce is a nice touch that doesn't take over flavor or spice it too much. Absolutely delicious.

The gravy and coating are excellent, but nothing is done to tenderize the meat other than pound it. Since it cooks quickly, the meat stays fairly tough. I loved the taste, but the texture of the meat wasn't quite what I am used to in Chicken Fried Steak. Made for 123 Hits Tag game.

DELICIOUS !!! I left out the salt though. Nice simple, and easy. Made for 1-2-3 hit wonders.

I made this for my husband for dinner tonight and he loved it! I used cube steak and whole milk instead of evaporated. Thanks for posting! Made for Pick A Chef event.

Made this tonight for my family. It was a huge hit. Never had it with hot sauce before but it was very good. Gave it a little extra kick. The Gravy was also wonderful. This is my Chicken fried steak recipe from now on.
