  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking dish with Pam.
  • Pound chicken breast into a thin slab and place in baking dish. Slather with mustard to your taste and cover with one to two layers Swiss cheese.
  • Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake in oven for 20 minutes. Remove foil and finish baking - 10 more minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • There! All done! Take a bow!

  1. WoW....what a super quick, easy and delicious recipe. I saved this recipe 4 years ago and finally got around to trying it, and am sorry it took so long. I cooked this per directions in my toaster oven and it cooked the chicken perfectly. I added a sprinkle of smoked paprika after it cooked. Delicious and would be easy to change it up, next time I will try provolone cheese... Thanks for posting a win-win recipe Jezski
     
  2. Actually, this should be a 10 star rating.....5 stars for ease and 5 stars for flavor!!! The mustard gives the chicken a great flavor and the oooey gooey swiss cheese puts this dish over the top. This dish is perfect anytime but especially when you come home tired and want a quick chicken dish. Thanks for sharing, Jezski!!!!
