Does Mom think you can't cook? Here you go! A remarkably easy, quick and tasty recipe. Mom will be proud of you! You can increase according to the number of pieces of chicken you have on hand.
Directions:
1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking dish with Pam.
2
Pound chicken breast into a thin slab and place in baking dish. Slather with mustard to your taste and cover with one to two layers Swiss cheese.
3
Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake in oven for 20 minutes. Remove foil and finish baking - 10 more minutes or until the cheese is melted.
4
There! All done! Take a bow!
Ratings & Reviews:
Actually, this should be a 10 star rating.....5 stars for ease and 5 stars for flavor!!! The mustard gives the chicken a great flavor and the oooey gooey swiss cheese puts this dish over the top. This dish is perfect anytime but especially when you come home tired and want a quick chicken dish. Thanks for sharing, Jezski!!!!
