Nice light soup with lots of good flavor.

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Set aside.
  2. Chop chicken and cook in the bottom of a medium saucepan.
  3. Combine broth, chicken and water and bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in tomatoes and cook to heated through.
  5. Stir in spinach and cook until spinach is wilted.
  6. Stir in seasoning and pepper.
  7. Serve into bowls and sprinkle with asiago cheese.
