My husband made this for supper last night. Instead of rolling the breasts, he butterflied them open and stuck the stuff inside that way. He also doubled the garlic, since we love garlic around here. He and I and our eldest absolutely loved it. If he ever makes it again, he does want to remember to use a bigger pan. A normal 9X13 wasn't enough.
