Easy weight watchers soup
- 1 (16 ounce) can fat-free refried beans
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can reduced-fat chicken broth
- 1 (14 ounce) can corn
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 (5 ounce) can white meat chicken
- Place everything in a medium sized pot, drain corn if desired but not necessary. Heat it up and eat it up. As with most homemade soups, it is better the next day when all the flavors have melded together but there's no need to wait.

This soup is great! I joined ww a month ago, and have been living off of this soup! I make it exactly as written, except I add 1 can of black beans to it at 1/2C of 2% cheddar cheese. This adds about 1 point to it, for a total of 2 points/cup. Still a very low-point meal, and it is very filling! My dad (who won't eat anything if he thinks it is "good for you" even liked it, and my 7 year old son said he would take it sometime for lunch. This is the best soup ever!
