  1. you also need 1 sachet of Old El Paso original smoky BBQ spice mix, 1 pack of Old El Paso soft flour tortillas,.
  2. 1 jar old El Paso original salsa
  3. and
  4. 1 small pot of sour cream.
  5. cut chicken breasts into thin strips.
  6. slice peppersand onions into strips.
  7. stir fry the chicken in a litle oil over a medium heat for 4 minutes, or until you know it is cooked.
  8. add the El Paso Fajita spice mix, onions and peppers.
  9. stir-fry another 3 minutes until seasoning mix coats them thouroghly.
  10. heat soft flour tortillas as per pack instructions.
  11. place everything out on the table.
  12. grab a tortilla.
  13. drop a dollop of sour cream over it.
  14. spread it round.
  15. add the meat.
  16. then the veges you desire.
  17. DO NOT ROLL UP.
  18. you take one side fold it half way, take the other side, fold it over, take the bottom and fold it up.
  19. YUMMY!
