This is a great pizza! I got the recipe from Pampered Chef and it became an instant favorite. I use the refrigerated crust and thin Boboli sometimes too.

Great Recipe! It is simple, easy to make, and really yummy. I have served it to company and they loved it. It looks a little more gourmet than your average pizza. I like it best with a Boboli thin crust, saves time too.

I personally liked this but my family did not. I used leftover diced chicken and pre-cut frozen onions & peppers. (time saver). The flavor was good. Simple to make.

This was the inspiration I needed. Used a recipe we have used for years for grilled pizza.

a definite keeper - the picky boyfriend went back for a 3rd slice. i used a whole wheat pizza dough from my breadmaker, and the whole thing turned out delicious - forgot to prebake the dough, and the center was just a little too doughy and floppy, but, i'll definitely do this again (with the prebaking)

Great pizza! I used the pre-made dough from the supermarket for the crust and made the recipe exactly as written. Came out great! This is an amazing alternative to traditional pizza. Thanks for posting!

Yum this was great. Super easy to make. We also used the Baboli crust and I did the pizza itself on the grill because our oven is out. DH and I agreed we'll be making this again soon! Loved the monterey jack cheese on top! I also did half chili powder and half cumin.

We really liked this. I modified it, I know I was bad...I went with the gutt though. I added hot enchilada sauce to the crust before I put on the chicken. Then the chicken and veggies that I cooked together and then covered with salsa and cheese. It was excellent! We like spicy food and I guess it was a little spicy, but still not what I would call HOT. I also added some chili pepper flakes to the chicken when I was cooking it. I guess we like spicy food at our house. If you don't like spicy food, you could easily go for the mild flavor. For us it was the enchilada sauce that really added that little extra smokey kind of flavor. I made ours on a whole wheat crust, but I would probably keep this one on a white crust. We decided it would taste more like a tortilla if you did it that way. Awesome recipe!

Pretty good, but I think next time I will use homemade salsa that isn't so tomato-saucy. Thanks for a goos idea!

This was very good! My crust was burned a little on the side, but other than that perfect!

This is really good and I agree you can use less peppers and onions unless you really like your pizza pilled up, I also used a little lime in the meat and veggie cooking we will make this again

Awesome! DS said "this is restaurant quality Mom", HUGE compliment Sharlene~W!! To save time, I did use a Boboli thin crust pizza shell and grilled chicken strips from Costco. I tossed the chicken strips with the spices of which I left out the garlic powder and added cumin. I added 2 cloves of minced garlic with the peppers and onion, added the seasoned chicken strips to the pan for a few minutes to warm through, and a squeeze of fresh limejuice over all. I baked the pizza on my grill pan in the oven for about 20 minuets. I know I will be making this over and over again, in fact I am salivating as I write this review. Recipe saved in my "5 Star Recipes" AND my "JT Food" Cookbooks. Thank you for a great recipe that is quick and easy to prepare and one that picky DS LOVES!

This was very delicious! I added some cumin and some 1 seeded and diced jalapeno. I'm still a beginner at making a crust so it turns out I had a hole in mine so when I poured the salsa it started to leak out of the pizza while I was cooking it =/. Half of the crust got soggy that way, but it was still really delicious. Thanks a lot! Edit: 7/23/06 - Remade this and fixed the crust problem by using chunky salsa. I also added some fresh garlic and cumin as another reviewed suggested. Thanks!
