Soooo Goood, Such a great success!
For the tortillas I followed the Corn Tortillas. I cooked the chicken with the addtion of Mexican Seasoning Mix. As I only had frozen cilantro green I preferred to add this to the chicken than using this for decoration. Instead of sour cream I used light fresh cheese.
Come out really delicious. Thanks a lot for this recipe!

This was a great recipe for that left over chicken. It was quick and easy to assemble, and oh so tasty.....didn't change a thing!

I usually won't try a receipe with few ratings, but I'm sure glad i tried this one, This came out excellent. If you like chicken enchiladas this is a must try. thank you for the posting mmmm

Mmmmm. These were so good! I made the following changes: used whole wheat tortillas, and fat free everything but the cheese wich was lowfat so it would melt. I also did not fry the tortillas to save on calories and because they were nice and pliable already. We each ate one with a little salsa on top. The rest are frozen and I expect them to thaw beautifully and be great grab n go lunches! Oh and I also added a smidge of jalapeno! :) Thanks for posting we loved this and it translated so well for our healthy lifestyle we are TRYING to achieve! :)

Gracias!!Very nice flavor, and most ingredients on hand for us. Will certainly make again. Made for family favorites, ZWT5, by an Epicurean Queen. I did add just a tag more green chilies, I just couldn't help myself.
