- 1 pie crust
- 4 eggs
- 236.59 ml half-and-half cream
- 266.16 ml cooked chicken
- 354.88 ml broken tortilla chips
- 473.18 ml monterey jack cheese
- 236.59 ml sharp cheddar cheese
- 236.59 ml salsa
- 141.74 g can green chilies
- sour cream
directions
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Combine eggs and half & half.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into crust.
- bake @ 350F 55- 60 minutes.
- Serve with sour crean.
- avacado is also a great accompaniment.
