- 2 (453.59 g) package cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 473.18 ml chicken, cooked and shredded
- 315.37 ml cheddar cheese, shredded
- 283.49 g can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 4.92 ml garlic, minced
- 118.29 ml cilantro, chopped
directions
- In large saucepan combine cream cheese, chicken, cheddar cheese, Rotel, and garlic. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until melted.
- Stir in cilantro, serve with tortilla chips.
