Cheesey chicken enchilada casserole, simple to make delicious.
- 1 1⁄2 lbs cooked chicken breasts, shredded
- 2 (10 ounce) cans reduced-fat cream of chicken soup
- 1⁄2 cup reduced-fat chicken broth (May need more depending on how runny you would like it)
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies
- 1 lb cheddar cheese
- 4 -6 flour tortillas, torn into pieces
- Add everything together into a casserole dish, Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes.
