This is a good recipe, it's like eating nachos for dinner! I think it was a bit too creamy for our tastes, maybe next time I will leave out one of the cans of soup. I used LF ingredients, and I would do it again. Thank you!

This recipe is perfect for leftover chicken and those stale chips in the bottom of the bag! To reduce the fat, I usually use reduced-fat soups and Baked Doritos. Still very tasty! Thanks for posting!

Kids rated this one a 2, I rate it a 4. They said it was too cheesey. I say you can never have enough cheese! Thanks for sharing.

I made this tonight for supper and the family LOVED it. My best friend's dad used to make this, and we called it "Chicken La Cucaracha". I took Vidya's suggestion and used ground beef. It was really good. Next time I might add Taco Seasoning to the meat, and maybe add a layer of corn to make it more Tex-mex. Thanks for a great recipe and a great memory from the past!

I got this same recipe from my grandmother, except she uses 1 lb. of ground beef instead of chicken. My kids love it.
