This recipe came out of a school fundraiser cookbook
- 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1⁄2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- Combine chicken, soup, mayo, curry and rice and spread into a large casserole dish.
- Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
- Top with cheese and bake 5 minutes longer.
