I just want to thank you for this simple delicious sauce! I made a ton of changes to the recipe - i didnt use artichokes, I used brown rice instead of pasta, and I julienned the zucchini and mixed it into the chicken mix. But the mustard/soy sauce/wine/sour cream sauce was excellent and easy - tasted like something you'd get at a restaurant! :) It went excellent with brown rice, by the way - the rice sopped up all that lovely sauce. It could maybe use a little more zing - lemon juice? more red pepper? and I did need to add salt. Maybe tamari would have added a different flavor. I used a mixture of dark and light soy sauce. The butter and oil's really the only really diet-unfriendly part; I may try it sometime with less. This one's a keeper! I only wish it made a bit more. Even with mixing in a large julienned zucchini I only ended up with about 3 cups of stuff.
