Excellent. I used curry paste from a jar instead of curry powder, only one onion and 1/2 cup carrots. Even my husband liked this meal and he is not a fan of chicken and sauce recipes. We did not find that it needed salt or pepper, but that likely was because the curry paste added it for us. Thanks!
Easy to make, nice flavour. I reduced the onions by half, used light coconut milk and will leave out the peas if I make it again! The curry was good served over brown rice.
I used thighs instead of breasts and sliced fresh tomatoes instead of canned. It was very good and nicely simple using things that I had on hand. It lacked a certain "kick" that I expected from a curry dish. I'm not sure if it needed more salt or curry or another spice of some kind. I'll definitely make it again. It's mild enough for company.
