ingredients
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 (3 ounce) package dry chicken noodle soup mix
- 1 cup instant rice
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
- 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 3⁄4 cup crushed pineapple
- 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
directions
- Add soup mix and rice to boiling water. Cover and simmer until water is absorbed. Stir to fluff. Cover and set aside for 15-20 minute When rice mixture is cold, add all remaining ingredients. Blend well. Cover and chill thoroughly.
