This is so simple and good!

  1. Cook onion in oil until tender.
  2. Add chicken . Sauté briefly.
  3. In separate bowl mix flour, curry powder.
  4. Slowly stir in water and lemon juice to make paste.
  5. Add tomato sauce and garlic and pour mixture over chicken mixture. Mix.
  6. Place over top of the brown rice.
