Ingredients Nutrition


  1. peel the cucumbers and cut into 2 inch lengths, hollowing out the centre to form tiny wells.
  2. place in boiling water and simmer until tender.
  3. drain and chill thoroughly.
  4. fill with cold minced chicken or rabbit.
  5. cover with mayonaise.
  6. place on a bed of lettuce or radish.
  7. garnish with parsley.
  8. chill.
