I made this mustard sauce and wimped out at putting 2oz of garlic in - I put 2 CLOVES of garlic in and it was garlicky enough...Also, I didn't whizz it in the blender and the end result was pleasingly chunky.

  1. Heat oil to 325.
  2. grind cereals,put in a dish.
  3. In a dish combine flour and seasoning.
  4. In a bowl combine eggs and milk.
  5. Dredge chicken in flour dip in egg coat with cereal fry for 3-1/2 minutes or till browned.
  6. Drain and serve with sauce.
  7. SAUCE:Combine everything in a blender for about 1 minute.
