I made this tonight with a couple of adjustments. I put 1 tsp of sweet Hungarian paprika in the flour before coating. I only used one egg (was sufficient). I was out of Ritz so I used 1 cup of panko + 1 slice of white bread processed with 2 Tbs melted butter, 1/2 tsp salt and dried parsley. Was a little short. 2 slices of bread would be better. This was great, although it is difficult to stuff and seal the breasts. Don't worry if they're not perfect though, they'll still turn out like mine did. Next time I'll try gouda... mmmmm
