Excellent recipe!! I used 3 chicken breast halves that I cooked in my pressure cooker then cut up, 1/2 a pound of deli ham, rolled and julienned, doubled the sauce ingredients added a little Adobo and Louisiana hot sauce to the sauce. HUGE hit. I flattened out the biscuits quite a bit to get them to cover the majority of the top. I have since been requested to make it again.....
My poor hubby came home late and discovered that the picky eaters had not saved him a bite of this casserole!! Super easy and yummy!
This was delicious, with just a few tweaks. For convenience, I used a rotisserie chicken. I added some frozen broccoli and carrots, used crescent roll dough instead of biscuits, and used shredded Swiss. I also added just a touch of Dijon mustard to the sauce- it gave it a little flavor boost. It was a hit at dinner!
This was really good & tasty! I used a pan that was a little larger and that was a mistake, but otherwise made as is and I will definitely make it again. For our tastes, I may add some onions and mushrooms next time because we felt it needed a little somethin', somethin' extra being in a casserole form. That's just a personal preference but it's delicious just the way it is!
We loved this recipe! I did have to add a little more milk (about 1/2 cup) since this was a little too thick, but I got the consistency to my likening very easily. I also used about 3/4 c shredded swiss instead of sliced swiss - again worked out fine. Last, I did not have seasoned bread crumbs so I used crushed garlic croutons! DELICIOUS!!!!! Will make again. The ham, chicken, and swiss cheese really gave it that "cordon bleu" taste! Thanks for submitting this recipe ... it's a keeper!
Thank-you for a great quick and easy recipe. I liked the taste and wish that I had used the Swiss Cheese rather than the shredded Cheese I had on hand. Next time I will just go to the Deli and ask for a few slices as it would compliment the dish better. Also I bought a rotisserie Chicken and diced it. It had a great flavor.
I loved the crunch that the breadcrumbs gave to the biscuits. Very good recipe and a great way to use up some leftover holiday ham. It was a little thck for my taste so I will add a little more milk to the mixture next time. Thanks for sharing!
This was great. I used a can of cream of mushroom for the base because I needed to use it up. My DH who doesn't really care for swiss cheese loved this, because it complimented the other flavors so well. Great way to use up the tube of biscuits in the back of my fridge.

Great flavor! Used leftover xmas ham. Next time I will add a little more milk or less flour as mine seemed a little thick, but it tasted fabulous anyway! Only had plain breadcrumbs on hand..so I spiced them up a bit. The kids really LOVED IT! Thanks Looneytunes!
