  1. toast bread on one side.
  2. remove crusts
  3. cut slices diagonally to make triangles
  4. on untoasted side smear mayo.
  5. on 2 bottom pieces place lettuce and tomato slices sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. cover with 2 more triangles
  7. lay on these thin slices of chicken then crisp bacon.
  8. cover with triangles of bread toasted side up.
  9. it says to serve with garnishes of radish roses watercress and olives.
