Very simple but delicious recipe. You can change it up by using pork instead of chicken, or throw in julienned carrots, green beans or any combination of veggies you like. It's very good hot, but I like it even more as a cold dish.
As I am on a budget, I occasionally replace chicken mince with beef mince, just make sure I drain off the fat. Also I sometimes add home-brand 2 minute noodles instead, or broken home-brand vermicelli . Feeds a family of 4 easlily for undr $10.00, and reasonable health
Terrific! I don't care for onions so left them out, and used regular soy sauce as that's what I had on hand. Using leftover chicken this came together so quickly and was a really great meal - thanks for sharing the recipe! Made for Fall PAC 2009
