Wonderful! I made this on 2Bleu's recommendation and was not disappointed. I used some thick boneless skinless breasts. I halved the recipe for 4 of us, but kept the cream cheese amount at almost the whole 3 oz because it seemed skimpy when I first mixed it up and we wanted lots of filling. After I took the photo I decided to sprinkle additional sliced almonds on top which was a perfect garnish. Thanks for a special Valentine's Day dinner.

This recipe made it into our Book #242923! 04/27/09 - Yummy and so elegant! We only had thin filets of chicken breast so I rolled them in the filling and baked them at 325F. for 20 minutes and poured the cherry sauce over top. We did include the almonds and it was devine! They added a wonderful crunchiness and the flavor mixed well with the cherries and orange peel. The only substitution we made was to use Amaretto for the brandy. Definitely a company worthy dish, Thanks for posting! :)
