- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed and cooked
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 8 ounces colby-monterey jack cheese
- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces half-and-half
