Directions

  1. Blend (or process) the chicken, cheese, mustard and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Blend (or process) the mixed nuts until finely ground.
  4. Roll the chicken mixture into small balls and toss in the ground nuts.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

This is a great variation on the usual cheese ball! My family really loved these. I added a little crushed pineapple and called them Hawaiian Chicken Cheese Balls!
