Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup boneless chicken, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables, thinly sliced
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons soya sauce
  • 14 cup oil
  • 34 cup chicken stock
  • 1 (150 g) package noodles

Directions

  1. Half boil the noodles and drain the water using a strainer.
  2. Wash with cold water.
  3. Drain the water again.
  4. Heat 1/4 cup of oil in a pan.
  5. Fry the veggies in it one-by-one.
  6. Next fry the chicken in the same oil till the juice of the chicken dries up.
  7. Add 3/4 cup of chicken stock, cover it and allow it to cook.
  8. When the chicken stock is dried, add all the spices to it.
  9. Quickly, wash the noodles once again, drain the water and add it to the chicken and spices.
  10. Mix and saute well.
  11. Cook for 5 minutes.
  12. Add all the vegetables.
  13. Cook for 2 minutes.
  14. Serve hot.
