Thanks for a great casserole recipe! I used cooked and cubed turkey breast meat instead of chicken, and I also used a box of prepared Uncle Ben's Wild Rice mix for the rice in the recipe. I also topped it with crushed ritz crackers like Smilin Jen did. It was totally delicious!! My thanks to your mom as well!!

I've got this in the oven as I type. I tasted the mixture before rinsing out the bowl and I can't wait to try it hot! What a great taste for such an easy meal. I topped it with crushed Ritz crackers instead of potato chips. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

This is delicious -- the perfect casserole. The only chane I would make is possibly cutting back on the mayo a litte. Other than that, no changes needed.

This was a great way to use up leftover roast chicken. I used brown jasmine rice which actually worked really well. The casserole had a lot of flavor. Everyone really enjoyed it, and it was eaten very quickly. This will definitely be regularly made often to use up any leftover chicken. Thanks for the wonderful recipe!

This recipe is outstanding! I tripled the recipe and added more chicken, celery and onions. I filled two 13 X 9 pyrex dishes for a potluck. EVERYONE wanted the recipe. Thanks so much for posting this one.

My family and I really enjoyed this. I did make a few changes, I added a 4 oz. can of sliced mushrooms and some chopped onions, cut the mayo back to 1/4 cup, only added 1 Tbsp. of lemon juice, and omitted the almonds and the salt. I added a chicken bouillon cube to the water before cooking my rice to give the dish even more flavor. This was delicious and definately a keeper. Thank You!

This was great -- really really yummy. I used more onion--about a 1/2 cup and put in 1/2 a red bell pepper for color, along with brown rice, which is just my preference. I also used half mayo & half miracle whip. I already want to make this again. Thanks!!!

Very good. A great use of leftover rice and chicken, with a nice little bit of tang from the lemon juice that I really enjoyed. I enjoyed the combination of flavors, however I found the sauce to have too much mayo - everyone felt that the most prominent taste was the mayo. I also might consider using just one can of soup next time. Overall though, this was still very good and really stretched out my leftovers with a good hearty meal.
