Directions

  1. Marinade Chicken using the balsamic marinade and grill.
  2. Put fresh basil in food processor and chop.
  3. Put 1/2 chopped basil in a bowl, add garlic, accent, and EVOO (until wet) , not pasty. Add salt and Pepper to taste.
  4. Dice Mozzarella and Tomatoes.
  5. Dice Grilled chicken.
  6. Serve buffet style, letting each person make their own bowl.
  7. Enjoy!
