"Another Home Economics course recipe. Easy to make it as spicy as you like by adjusting the amount of cayenne pepper. Makes a nice meal served on rice, especially during our winter months!"

  • Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry chicken until no longer pink.
  • Add onion, green pepper and garlic. Brown lightly.
  • Add remaining ingredients. Simmer uncovered 30 minutes.
  • Serve with rice or pasta.
