These burgers were tasty! A nice change from standard burgers, and very easy to make. I was skeptical about the amount of peanut butter, but it turned out pretty good. I think next time I might use tahini instead of peanut butter in the burgers and maybe half tahini in the sauce for not such an over-poweringly nutty taste. I think some finely sliced scallion mixed in with the burger mixture would be good, too. The relish was great, and went so well with the chicken and peanut sauce. Oh, and the pre-cooked burgers seemed a little wet, but cooked up great. YUM!
