Oh my goodness, is this ever scrumptious!!! I made a scaled back version for my dinner last night. I used a chicken breast, that I butterflied and cut in half, which was way more then I could eat, but now I have fantastic lunch leftovers. I used baby portabella mushrooms and followed the rest as written. I served it over pasta with green beans and garlic bread, yummy!!

Yummy! This simple chicken dish was delicious and the sauce was wonderful. I loved the red pepper flakes in the sauce - it really made it flavorful and added a bit of surprise. Thanks for sharing this nice keeper, BK. Made for For Your Consideration tag.

Yummy! The chicken is crispy and flavorful and the sauce with mushrooms is fabulous!! Great combination. This was an easy recipe to prepare and really delicious. I served this over rice. Thank you!! Made for the Best of 2013 game/recommended by Diner524.
