Tastes great, look wonderful and was a breeze to put together. What more could you want from a recipe? This one will be made many times more.
      Made in memory of Annaleis.

MMMM...I will double the sauce next time; it seemed to have absorbed into the chicken, vanished from the dish. I used some deli ham for the prosciutto to cut the sodium. Made for Pets' Cook-a-Thon in Cooking Photos.

This was a very good dish. I halved the recipe and I wish I had doubled the sauce as that was so good. I might use a little less salt next time as the salt in the broth and prosciutto made the whole dish salty enough.

Pets, This was lovely.. even though DH messed up making it because he didn't reduce the sauce at all... ok things were swimming somewhat in wine, but the flavours were still there and I enjoyed it, I will definiately make this again since it was very tasty. The Kaaswinkle didn't have Fortina cheese in stock so gave DH a similar one (also Italian), who's name DH promply forgot. YUM, I will go back and ask because it was wonderful and bumped up the flavour amazingly. Please see my rating system, a wonderful 4 stars:) Thanks!

My family loved this! I was looking for a way to use up some fontina I had and stumbled on this. I ended up making it twice in a week! I made it exactly as written. Simple enough for everyday and fancy enough for company! Thanks for sharing. I will be making this again and again.

My family didn't like this recipe but I think it was the exotic flavor that detoured their tastebuds. This is a nice dish to make if you want something a little different but it isn't family friendly. I would recommend it for a couple however.

This was absolutely worth using up the last drop of my brandy for! I served it with your Fontina and Roasted Yellow Pepper Salad #66982. So good and so very beautiful on the plate together. My parents asked me if I was subscribing to Gourmet magazine... too funny. Only those of us who have made Mean Chef's recipes know he's better than a magazine. Another winning taste from his kitchen!

Excellent recipe, and easy to prepare. I did not have brandy so I left that out and added a bit more white wine to the wine/broth mixture. I also doubled the sauce, which is good, as it was great with our homemade garlic bread. Once the 15 minutes baking time was up, I turned on the broiler for maybe 3 - 4 minutes, just to crisp up the edges of the prosciutto. Other than that, I made this exactly as directed, and would definitely make it again - in fact, it's been STRONGLY suggested that I make it again soon. This is a winner.

A very lovely, very easy dish. Loved by adults and a child, too. I doubled the sauce based on Hey Jude's review, but felt it wasn't necessary. Though knowing that this would be served to people who love proscuitto, I increased the proscuitto by 50%. Superb.

This IS quick, easy and tasty. I halved it as far as the chicken is concerned but did the full amount of sauce and am glad I did because the sauce is very tasty. I may double the sauce next time. I served this with spinach tortellini and a green salad. The sauce was great on the pasta. Thanks Mean Chef :)
