- 44.37 ml butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 283.49 g smoked sausage, diced
- 591.47 ml rice
- 1419.54 ml chicken stock
- 709.77 ml chicken, cooked, diced
- 14.79 ml soy sauce
- 9.85 ml pepper
- 2 scallions, chopped
directions
- Melt butter; add onion and sausage; cook a little.
- add garlic
- Add rice, chicken stock, chicken, soy sauce and pepper.
- Cook 25 minutes.
- Ladle into 4 bowls; top with scallions.
