- 1360.77 g ground chicken
- 2 stalk green onions, finely minced
- 118.29 ml shallot, finely minced
- 14.79 ml dried tangerine peel, soak and finely minced
- 3 fresh garlic cloves, finely minced
- 29.58 ml fresh ginger, peel and finely minced
- 236.59 ml Chinese black mushrooms, finely minced
- 236.59 ml water chestnut, finely minced
- 236.59 ml oyster sauce
- 59.14 ml sweet soy sauce
- 4.92 ml white pepper
- 2 eggs
- 236.59 ml cornstarch
directions
- In a large mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients and with a small ice scoop and form balls.
- Place onto a half sheet pan and refrigerate to set and bag into heavy duty freezer bag and into the freezer.
- These chicken balls are great deep fry or steamed.
- Make about 50 1 1/2oz balls.
