I got the inspiration for this recipe from Papa John's chicken bacon ranch pizza. It's our favorite, so I tried re creating it at home. It turned out great! Enjoy.
p.s. This is not a healthy recipe but it sure is delicious!
Roll out pizza dough onto your pizza pan or cookie sheet. Prepare sauce.
3
In saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Mix in the cream cheese and stir until melted. Stir in the cream and garlic powder. Increase the heat and bring to a boil. Decrease the heat and simmer, stirring often. If sauce seems too thin, sprinkle in some flour 1 teaspoon at a time. Cook and stir for desired consistency. Stir in the parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. You should have a nice creamy alfredo sauce for the pizza.
4
Spread your ranch dressing on your dough first, next spread your alfredo sauce on the dough.
5
Sprinkle half of your mozzarella cheese on the pizza. Add your shredded chicken, bacon and chopped onion. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake at 425 on the bottom rack of oven for 20 minutes or until crust appears done on the bottom.

Assuming that everyone eats two pieces each, this makes 4 servings. Otherwise it makes 8.
I love this recipe! The first time I made it I just used bottled ranch dressing and skipped the alfredo sauce since my husband doesn't like alfredo and because I was just too tired to think about making something else to put supper together. This time, I used homemade ranch dressing (#60078 with some tinkering to suit my tastes) and mostly made the alfredo sauce (forgot to get Parmesan cheese, but then that's what hubby doesn't like about alfredo anyway) so it was basically a creamy garlic sauce. I also always sprinkle garlic powder on top of the cheese when I make pizza, it just seems to give it an extra yumminess that way. I will definitely make this again and again and again!
It does seem a bit time consuming to prepare, but then I make my own crust (a couple minutes to mix up the dough, let it sit 5 min so it's not hard at all to put together). I think I just need to be a bit more organized when I make this. It is, however, worth every minute to make...fabulous!!!!!
