  1. I love this salad and have been making it for years! The only thing different about mine is that instead of the tarragon, I use about 1/8 teaspoon of celery seed. This is such a satisfying chicken salad, and is sometimes a nice change from the traditional version.

  2. This made for a nice afternoon lunch on a spring day. I topped mine with a sprinkling of chopped pecans for added crunch. :)

  3. I'm a 'crainiac'...love my craisins. Made for PRMR.

  4. This is simple and flavorful salad to make!! Made using store bought chicken strips, red onion (out of green) and forgot the tarragon, but was still good. Ate as is; no bread or crackers with it. Will make again! Made for Everyday is a Holiday Tag February 2010.

  5. This is a fabulous and easy chicken salad. I used a bit extra tarragon, because I just love that stuff. I loved all these flavors together. The flavors improved the longer it chilled. Thanx for a great lunch and use for leftover chicken!
