This is always a hit. You can either serve it on a lettuce leaf or in a croissant. Disappears fast.
- 473.18 ml diced cooked chicken breasts (can used canned)
- 236.59 ml grapes, cut in half
- 118.29 ml diced celery
- 236.59 ml diced fresh apple
- 44.37-59.16 ml chopped nuts
- 2.46 ml curry (optional)
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 236.59 ml mayonnaise
- Place chicken, grapes, celery apple and nuts in a bowl. Mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry and fold into chicken mixture. Serve on a lettuce leaf or on a croissant.
