  • 473.18 ml diced cooked chicken breasts (can used canned)
  • 236.59 ml grapes, cut in half
  • 118.29 ml diced celery
  • 236.59 ml diced fresh apple
  • 44.37-59.16 ml chopped nuts
  • 2.46 ml curry (optional)
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 236.59 ml mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Place chicken, grapes, celery apple and nuts in a bowl. Mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry and fold into chicken mixture. Serve on a lettuce leaf or on a croissant.
