Great recipe! I added 1 cup of mashed potatoes to the sauerkraut and used a low fat cheese (this one melts well and has a taste similar to Swiss) Thanks it's a keeper

This was very good. I will probably use more cheese next time, just personal preference. I made homemade thousand island dressing because I couldn’t find any at home.

Tastes like "reuben" chicken! This combination, though very simple, works very well. My chicken breasts were very thick, so I partially baked them with the sauerkraut for about 25 minutes and then topped with the swiss and thousand island dressing. Thanx for a great new chciken breast recipe!

This is a delicously different chicken dish. My family loved it. I lightened it up a tad bit more by using 2% swiss cheese, and no calorie dressing, other than that no changes, it was easy, quick, and taste delicous, what more could you ask for.

What a lovely dish to make for those hectic evenings. I made this dish as directed, except I splurged and used a good thousand island dressing instead of low fat for a really creamy and rich taste. I used Bavarian sauerkraut which is not so sour, and the taste was divine. This is a lovely recipe, and we savored each bite. Thanks for sharing your recipe, Shari. Definately a keeper!
